Nicolas Dy Liacco Ojeda, Jr. (right) takes his oath as deputy executive director of the Information and Communications Technology Office (ICT Office) before Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Secretary Mario G. Montejo. A retired Brigadier General, Ojeda formerly headed the Office of Strategic and Special Studies, Armed Forces of the Philippines and the Philippine Defense Reform Program and Admin Service of the Department of National Defense. The ICT Office is an agency under the DOST system and is the Philippine government’s lead agency on ICT related matters.
