Manuevo, who owns DCM Bagoong based in Mogpog, Marinduque proudly shows off her best selling bagoong (fermented fish) that has gained growing consumers in Batangas, Quezon, Bicol region, and Pangasinan. After availing a package of technology assistance from the Department of Science and Technology’s Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program, DCM Bagoong raised monthly production to 1,200 bottles valued at P18,000.
