SPECIFICATIONS:

  • Purified water
  • 5 gallons capacity per bottle
  • Provision of free use of at least 18 units Hot & Cold Water Dispenser with regular maintenance
  • Supplier should have certification that they abide the rules and regulations of the Department of Health (DOH) for water refilling stations.
  • Supplier to submit monthly water test results

Failure to strictly comply with the deadline and general conditions shall automatically disqualify the bidder/s from the bidding process.
