"Please be informed that DOST Administrative Order No. 009 s. 2020, "Guidelines in the Certification of Eligibility of Non-DOST S&T Personnel under RA 8439, As Amended by RA 11312" was recently published in the Official Gazette of the Republic of the Philippines last 13 July 2020. As indicated under Section XVI of the guidelines, it shall take effect fifteen (15) days after the date of publication which in this case shall be 28 July 2020. DOST shall no longer accept applications on Certification of Eligibility after the aforementioned date.
