C. Services and Amenities to be Included for Buffet

1. Two (2) buffet tables with skirting and centerpiece arrangement
2. Individual floral centerpiece per guest table
3. Drinking glasses, plates and cutleries
4. Tables with tablecloth and disposable napkins
5. Chairs w/ full-length seat cover
6. Bar set-up
7. Well-trained and well-groomed waiters in uniform
8. Ice for drinks
9. Bag (plastic or paper) for packed snacks


D. Only for Catering Services accredited by SMX

 

    

 

Qualified bidders should submit their quotation formnot later than July 18, 2014 (9:00 AM). Failure to strictly comply with the deadline and general conditions shall automatically disqualify the bidder/s from the bidding process.
