COMELEC, DOST ink accord on 2013 national polls. Bicutan, Taguig City--- Commission on Elections (COMELEC) Chair Sixto S. Brilliantes and DOST Secretrary Mario G. Montejo signed a Memorandum of Agreement to work for clean and credible automated elections this coming May through the help of DOST’s technical expertise.
