Beneficiaries of the Department of Science and Technology’s (DOST) Small Enterprise Technology Upgrading Program (SETUP) namely Mom’s Haus of Mushrooms, Herbanext Inc., Eastern Food Trading, and others, exhibited their products during the 2014 National Science and Technology Week (NSTW) at the SMX Convention Center, Mall of Asia, Pasay City last July 24-28, 2014. SETUP aims to assist small and medium enterprises in improving their product quality, productivity and competitiveness by providing equipment upgrade, funding, and training. Spearheaded by DOST, NSTW is an annual celebration that showcases locally developed technologies, inventions, and innovations. (S&T Media Service)
