Secretary Mario G. Montejo assures the commitment of Department of Science and Technology in helping the local Information Technology- Business Process Management (IT-BPM) industry to be an enabling factor in creating career opportunities for many Filipinos. He said that one of DOST’s initiative to support the industry is Next Wave Cities program which creates ways to build IT-BPM hubs in the provinces.
