DOST employees gather for a lunchbreak rally to oppose the provisions under the new salary standardization bill of 2015 that will cut the S&T workers’ benefits. Leading the talks for the retention are Science Sec. Mario Montejo and Asec. Raymund Liboro who approached proper channels to retain RA 8439 or the “Magna Carta for Scientists, Engineers, Researchers and other S & T Personnel in the Government."
