General Requirements:
Rate offers must be expressed in terms of daily and weekly rates basis, inclusive of all applicable taxes, service charge, driver meals and fees, fuel cost, toll fees and parking fees. Additional charges in excess of the minimum hours per day service should also be indicated, if applicable.
All drivers of vehicle units are required to wear polo uniform.
Rental Company must provide “best effort basis” replacement units on the day the vehicles are restricted from the Unified Vehicle Reduction Scheme (UVRRS) and during accidents and repairs with the same class and same carrying capacity.
Inclusive of comprehensive insurance coverage (CIC), third party liability (TPL), bodily injury (BI) and Auto Passenger Insurance Coverage (APIC).
Availability of a 24-hr action team including dispatcher to any road/traffic emergency situation such as accidents and breakdown.

22 July 2013 (Monday) Arrival of Delegates (min of 35 person) Route: NAIA Airport to Hotel in Pasay
23 July 2013 (Tuesday) Transfer of guests from SMX Convention Center to Welcome Dinner Venue within Manila (min of 80 pax)
25 July 2013 (Thursday) Educational Tour/Site Visit within Metro Manila (min of 40 person) Route: Hotel in Pasay to Manila
26 July 2013 (Friday) Departure of Delegates (min of 35 person) Route: Hotel in Pasay to NAIA Airport

Failure to strictly comply with the deadline and general conditions shall automatically disqualify the bidder/s from the bidding process.
