Nuclear science, technology, and innovation (ST&I) take center stage as the Philippines kicks off the 52nd Atomic Energy Week (AEW) organized by the Department of Science and Technology-Philippine Nuclear Research Institute (DOST-PNRI) in Commonwealth Avenue, Quezon City on 9 December 2024.

The Department of Science and Technology with Assistant Secretary for Administrative and Legal Affairs Diana L. Ignacio received the FOI Champion Award (Department Category) given by PCO.
The Department of Science and Technology (DOST) was hailed as the 2024 Freedom of Information (FOI) Champion in the Department Category by the Presidential Communication Office (PCO) during the 2024 FOI Awards on Nov. 25, 2024, in Hilton Hotel, Pasay City.

CAGAYAN DE ORO CITY — Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Secretary Renato U. Solidum, Jr. expressed his appreciation for the support of some national and local leaders who supported the 2024 National Science, Technology, and Innovation Week (NSTW) held in Cagayan de Oro City.
In his recent address during the DOST Unified Flag Raising Ceremony, Secretary Solidum commended Senator Juan Miguel F. Zubiri, Bukidnon 1st District Representative Jose Manuel F. Alba, Misamis Oriental Governor Peter M. Unabia, and Cagayan de Oro Vice Mayor Jocelyn B. Rodriguez for their contributions in expanding the reach of S&T in their respective constituents.
