To celebrate its 80th Foundation Anniversary this December 8, 2013, the Department of Science and Technology - National Research Council of the Philippines (DOST-NRCP) will show various research-based technologies and state-of-the-art science and technology information to the public in a program dubbed as Agham Mula sa Lahat, Para sa Lahat. This activity will be held on 6 December 2013, Friday, 8 am onwards, at the NRCP Compound, Gen. Santos Ave., Bicutan, Taguig City.

Mindanao Cluster S&T Fair

 

DOST officials lead the opening of the exhibit of the DOST Mindanao Cluster Fair held at Almont Inland Resort in Butuan City, Agusan del Norte. The exhibit, which ran from November 6-10, featured DOST projects as well as products from enterprises assisted by DOST through the Small Enterprise Upgrading Program. Department of Science and Technology (DOST) Assistant Secretary for Strategic Plans and Programs Engr. Robert O. Dizon (third from left) announced to the iloilo-based media that DOST will establish in each region of the country at least one Food Innovation Center that will provide new equipment and extensive trainings on food processing, among others. This was held during the press conference of the recently-held 2013 Visayas Science and Technology Fair at SM Iloilo City.
