The Department of Science and Technology-Central Office, through its Bids and Awards Committee (BAC), requests qualified bidders to submit their lowest price on the following items:

PRINTING OF SURVEY QUESTIONNAIRE BOOKLETS

SPECIFICATIONS:

1,025 booklets with green cover
1,595 booklets with blue cover
1,224 booklets with orange cover
156 booklets with pink cover
A3 paper size (letter size, 8 ½ x 11 when folded)
Saddle Wire Stitched (2 wires)
5 sheets per booklet:

  • 1 standard cover (100gsm) in 4 different colors (as per above specifications)
  • 4 white sheets (80gsm)

Qualified bidders should submit their quotation formnot later than July 15, 2014 (9:00 AM). Failure to strictly comply with the deadline and general conditions shall automatically disqualify the bidder/s from the bidding process.
