Specifications:

  • Food for Reception/Welcome Dinner on 25 November 2013 with the following provisions:
    • Buffet dinner for 25 participants
    • Menu to be provided in the proposal should be at least four (4) main viands of: vegetables, fish or other sea foods, chicken and pork or beef plus salad, soup, rice, bread and 2-3 dessert options
    • With one round of juice, iced tea or soda
    • Preferably with musical entertainment
    • Adequate parking slots for guests
    • Adequate facility for sanitation and health
    • All prices to be quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges

Qualified bidders should submit their quotation formnot later than October 2, 2013 (10:00 AM). Failure to strictly comply with the deadline and general conditions shall automatically disqualify the bidder/s from the bidding process.
