Extracts of the local mango leaves have showngreat potential as cosmetic ingredient with good antioxidant, anti-aging, and whitening properties, based on the study conducted by a team of researchers lead by Arsenia B. Sapin of the National Institute of Molecular Biology and Biotechnology of the University of the Philippines Los Baños.
