Specifications:

  • Within Pasay or Makati
  • Guest Rooms on 25-27 November 2013 inclusive of welcome fruits upon arrival (for suite room), buffet breakfast and free internet connection. Specifically:
    • One (1) Suite Room for the NSC Minister,
    • Three (3) Deluxe Rooms NSC officials/representatives,
    • One (1) Deluxe Rooms for DOST Secretariat charged to DOST funds
    • Check In: November 25, 2013
    • Check Out: November 27, 2013

 

  • Function hall that can accommodate 50 persons in a hollow rectangular setup for the JSTC Meeting on 26 November 2013 with provision for the following:
    • Food for 50 participants to include am snack, buffet lunch, pm snacks
    • Menu to be provided in the proposal for buffet lunch should be at least three (3) main viands of: vegetables, fish or other sea foods, chicken, pork or beef plus salad, soup, rice, bread and 2-3 dessert options while sandwiches, pastries, pasta or other native snacks for AM and PM Snacks;
    • Continuous coffee, tea and mineral water
    • Local Secretariat room
    • Rostrum with 2 wireless microphone
    • 4-6 desk microphones (wireless preferred)
    • LCD projector, LCD stand and wide screen
    • Whiteboard and flipcharts
    • Free Internet/Wifi access in conference and secretariat room

  • Five-star/Luxury Hotel with world class or premier facilities suitable for foreign guests taking into account the country’s national prestige as host of the meeting
  • Adequate facility to ensure the security of participants and guests to the meeting
  • Adequate parking slots for guests
  • Adequate facility for sanitation and health
  • All prices to be quoted should be inclusive of all applicable taxes and service charges.
